2 Kettlebell Workout

 

  • 10 Kettlebell shoulder press
  • 10 Kettlebell upright rows (using 1 or 2)
  • 10 (each leg) Kettlebell walking lunges
  • 15 Kettlebell Swings (using 1)
  • 10 Kettlebell squats (using 1)
  • 10 Bent over kettlebell rows
  • 10 Kettlebell pushups

 

Try this fun workout and hit your full body only using 2 kettlebells. Repeat 2x to feel the burn!
