Full Body Burn

With this full body workout, you're sure to feel the burn all over! Try this workout to hit all your muscles in one quick workout.

Full Body Workout (With Burpees)

 

  • Mountain Climbers
  • Plank
  • Burpees
  • Push-Ups
  • Side to Side Jump Squats
  • Reverse Lunge

Do each move for 20 seconds, and rest for 40 seconds. For a challenge, try 30 seconds on, and 30 seconds off! Repeat for 2-3 rounds depending on fitness level.
