Ab Burnout Circuit Workout

Sometimes ab workouts can be boring. We are used to the same old, same old. You think, “I should do an ab workout. I guess I’ll do…some crunches? Maybe some sit-ups.” Well, fear no more! This ab workout is sure to shake things up AND help you burn more fat.

Ab HIIT Circuit

Do each workout for 20 seconds and then rest for 40! For a challenge, take it up to 30 seconds on and 30 seconds rest.

  • Mountain Climbers
  • Reverse Crunch
  • High Knees
  • Side-to-Side Twists
  • Jumping Jacks
  • Bicycle Crunch
  • Burpees
  • Flutter Kicks
  • 30 sec- 1 min plank
  • Rest and REPEAT (you got this!)

Repeat 2-3 times depending on how you’re feeling. And now that your abs are on fire, go enjoy some of your leftover Halloween Candy!
