Back to Fit Full Body Workout

Fall is headed our way which means it’s time to get back into our routines. As the leaves change and the air becomes crisp, we go back to class, Sunday football games, and pumpkin spice everything. Something that can be hard to fall back into is our fitness routine and finding time in our busy schedules. This workout is perfect for the busy student, parent, or employee and can be finished during a gym session, a quick break, or after dinner.  And what’s even better is that it is quick, efficient and will work out all your muscle groups in one!
 

Fall Full Body HIIT

  • 15 Push-Ups
  • 20 Gate Swings
  • 15 Medicine Ball Squat and Press
  • 40 (20 per leg) Mountain Climbers
  • 30 (15 per side) Bicycle Crunches
  • 10 Burpees

Complete all 6 exercises and rest for 1 minute and then, repeat 3-5 times based on your fitness level!
